   DEADLINE FOR ENTRY TO GUARANTEE CAPTAIN'S BAGS OR ANY CONTENTS, INCLUDING SHIRTS IS SEPTEMBER 1ST:

  We do not guarantee availability of Captain's bags or any contents, including shirts after the September 1 deadline. The captain’s shirt deadline is also September 1st. Although we will accept registration up until the day of the event, please remember our head count, food count, etc. is taken on the registration deadline date so please be courteous.

  ^{September 12: Calcutta}
  

  7:00 – 11:00pm: Calcutta @ Margaritaville Lake Conroe – Lakeview Room
  Join us for a great start to the weekend. Dinner will be provided for Captains, Guest Captains, Co-Captains and Riders.
  

  ^{September 13: Poker Run}

  • 9:00am: MANDATORY Captains Safety Meeting @ Papa’s on The Lake. A light Breakfast will be provided.
  • 10:00 am – 5:00pm: Texas Strong Poker Run starting from Papa’s on The Lake. Lunch will be provided.
  • 7:00 – 11:00pm: Burgers In Paradise Pool Party @ The Margaritaville Pool. We wrap up the weekend with a great pool party. Come ready to draw your best poker hand and have some fun. Dinner will be provided for Captains, Guest Captains, Co-Captains and Riders.

  
  

  ^{TOPPS Lake Conroe Poker Run Registration is $300.00 for a Captain thereafter and $125.00 for an additional rider.}

  ^{PLEASE NOTE: All TOPPS Non-Member Captains must meet the bylaw requirements and are required to read, sign, return, and guarantee compliance with the Guest Captain Registration Compliance Agreement and pay any fees associated.
